We are a Senior Apartment Community for age 62 and older. We have 1 bedroom apartments and rent is based on 30% of income. We have an onsite laundry center, 24 hour maintenance, wheelchair accessible, pets allowed, central mail location and beautiful landscaping. All our apartments are freshly painted; professionally cleaned or new carpet, spacious kitchens, appliances included, heat, electricity, water /sewer, pest control and trash are also included in the monthly rent.
