Two Bedroom Garden Apartment in South Shore
The minimum income must be 2.5 times the rent for non-voucher holders. Tenants are required to pay all utilities except water and sewage. Garage space is available on a first come first serve basis for $50.00 per month, per garage space. There is street parking also available. No security deposit would be required, however we do have a non-refundable move-in fee of $650. Credit and background checks will be completed on applicants. We are pet friendly.
