This home is gorgeous. It has 4 good size bedrooms, and a huge master bedroom that overlooks the pool. The backyard has a pool, spa, kooldecking, and custom gunite boulders. New tile,paint,carpet, granite,.and plumbing fixtures.

This home is located in the area near Hollywood and Sahara, with a Pool and Spa. If you have past evictions, trouble with the law, or just can't seem to get your act together, don't bother sending a response. If you are working, are capable of taking care of my home, (and past Landlord provides a positive review, you will be a favorable candidate. The pool has an automatic pool cleaner, an automatic fill, and weekly pool service on my dime. You will be expected to empty the pool skimmer weekly.
